Lydia Popp Junior Designer

Lydia is a Junior Designer and Assistant Designer at Right Angle Kitchens, where she brings her passion for interior architecture and design to life in a collaborative, hands-on role. A recent graduate from Endicott College with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Lydia is excited to embark on her first full-time position in the industry following her academic journey. Prior to joining Right Angle Kitchens, she earned her Associate's degree in Art and Design from Northern Essex Community College, solidifying her foundation in the creative arts.

Throughout her time at Endicott College, Lydia gained valuable real-world experience through three internships, where she was involved in a diverse range of design tasks. From sitting in on design meetings and assisting with staging consultations to creating social media content for businesses, Lydia has honed her skills in both design and project management. She also worked closely with project managers and coordinators to assist in space planning, red-lining construction drawings, and sourcing materials. Lydia's hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, along with her proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), has prepared her for the demands of the professional design world.

At Right Angle Kitchens, Lydia plays an integral role in assisting the design team, participating in client consultations, and helping to create beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client's unique needs. With a deep understanding of the design process and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and practical environments, Lydia is committed to delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships with clients and collaborators alike.

Lydia’s interest in interior design was sparked during a high school architecture class, where she was introduced to AutoCAD and began designing her own buildings and homes. Her enthusiasm for digital design and architectural spaces has only grown since then, and she is eager to continue learning, growing, and applying her skills in the real-world design projects at Right Angle Kitchens.
